ZapFlowBR: WhatsApp commerce at scale
A multi-tenant SaaS platform for WhatsApp commerce, built from the ground up and launching in Latin America.
What it is
ZapFlowBR allows companies to sell and provide support via WhatsApp with multiple businesses on the same infrastructure, each with its own isolated data. I built the entire product, from the database to the UI and operations, and it already has customers using it.
Sentinel is a multi-tenant AI-concierge SaaS with usage-based billing.
Product Decision
Multi-tenant by design: each client company is a tenant with separate data. This allows many businesses to operate without seeing each other’s data, and it’s the foundation for scaling without multiplying servers.
What Broke and What I Fixed
Connections that dropped silently. In July 2026, WhatsApp connections were dropping due to authentication timeouts, with no alerts. The root cause was identified and documented.
