Universe Email Platform: Our Own Transactional Email
A proprietary, multi-tenant transactional email platform on our own infrastructure, built for delivery with a carefully managed reputation.
What It Is
This is the sending infrastructure I use for my projects, and I’m structuring it as a multi-tenant product. Each sending domain has full authentication, and IP warmup follows a structured process.
Current Status
- Email server in continuous operation for over 3 months (since 09/21/2026).
- Full authentication: DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, and TLS-RPT.
- Structured IP warmup.
What Broke and What I Fixed
Signatures failing on .com.br domains. The DKIM signature was silently failing for domains with a compound suffix, like .com.br. After the fix, three domains passed verification.
Old server went down without an alert. The previous email server went down around 08/14/2026, and no one was notified. The lesson was in observability: without an alert, an outage can last for days.
